The promoter is: HAProxy Technologies, LLC, whose registered office is at 738 Main Street #423, Waltham, MA 02451, United States. By entering this photo contest (the “Contest”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, along with any additional guidelines or rules communicated by HAProxy Technologies. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before submitting any photograph(s).
The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States, Canada, UK and the European Union aged at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry who are in possession of HAProxy branded merchandise (“Swag”), except where prohibited by law. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, national, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Employees of HAProxy Technologies and their close relatives are permitted to participate.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter or win the Contest. For clarification, HAProxy Swag is not available for purchase. Purchasing HAProxy products or services will not increase your chances of winning.
By submitting an entry to the Contest, you indicate that you have read, understood and you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

Multiple entries from the same person are encouraged. Each unique photo submission will be considered a separate entry.
The closing date for entries will be September 1, 2025. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be accepted.
HAProxy Technologies is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, or misdirected entries which will be automatically disqualified. HAProxy Technologies reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each participant and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
Take a creative photo featuring your HAProxy Swag (e.g., t-shirt, sticker, Loady plush, or any HAProxy-branded item). HAProxy’s logo must be clearly visible and unaltered in the photograph. The Swag must be portrayed in a positive and appropriate manner and the photograph must not contain any third-party trademarks, logos or copyrighted materials. The photograph must not contain any content that is offensive or inappropriate, and the photograph must not depict the Company’s products being used in any unlawful, unsafe or unauthorized manner.
Post the photo on LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, or Bluesky.

Use the official contest hashtag: #WhereisHAProxy
You must be following HAProxy Technologies' official social media accounts on the platform(s) where you submit your entry to be eligible to win.
By entering this Contest, you represent and warrant that:
You are the sole creator and owner of the photograph(s) submitted; and
The photograph(s) are original works created by you; and
The photograph(s) do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights or other legal rights of any third party; and
The photograph(s) do not contain any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable; and
You have obtained all necessary permissions, releases and consents from any individuals appearing in the photograph(s); and
You have the full legal right, power and authority to grant the rights set forth in these Terms & Conditions.11. Upon submission, you irrevocably assign, transfer and convey to HAProxy Technologies all right, title and interest in and to the submitted photograph(s), including all intellectual property rights therein, without any limitation of time, territory, or purpose. This assignment includes, but is not limited to:
All copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights in the photograph(s)
The exclusive right to reproduce, distribute, display, perform, create derivative works from, and otherwise use the photograph(s) in any medium or format, whether now known or hereafter developed; and
Name, voice and likeness rights for any person appearing in the photograph(s); and
The right to register any intellectual property rights in the photograph(s) in HAProxy Technologies’ name; and
The right to enforce any intellectual property rights in the photograph(s) against third parties.
12. You acknowledge that HAProxy Technologies shall be the sole and exclusive owner of all rights, title and interest in and to the submitted photograph(s). You shall have no further rights or interest in the photograph(s) after submission. You shall not be entitled to any additional compensation for HAProxy Technologies’ use of the photograph(s) except for any prizes (if any) awarded as part of the Contest. HAProxy Technologies may use the photograph(s) for any purpose, including but not limited to advertising, promotion, marketing and merchandising, without further approval from or attribution or notification to you. You agree to execute any documents that may be necessary to effectuate the assignment of rights contemplated herein.
13. The prizes consist of 5 $100 gift cards (either Amazon or GoGift). The prizes are as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. The odds of winning a prize depends on the number and quality of eligible entries received.
14. The five winners will be chosen by a panel of judges appointed by HAProxy Technologies, based on creativity, originality, and visual appeal. The judges’ decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.
15. The winners will be notified by HAProxy Technologies directly (and not via third party) by email and/or direct message (DM) on the social media platform used for entry by September 30, 2025. Each winner must respond and provide their name and email address within 14 days of notification to claim their prize. If any winner does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from among the remaining eligible entries based on the judging criteria. HAProxy Technologies is not responsible for any delays in prize delivery for any reason.
16. HAProxy Technologies reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions as determined in its sole and exclusive discretion.
17. By entering this Contest,, you consent to HAProxy Technologies’ use of your name, voice, likeness, photograph, biographical information and any information related to your entry for its own advertising and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration, except where prohibited by law.
18. By entering the Contest, you agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HAProxy Technologies, its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, managers, members, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, liability, loss, damage, costs, or expenses of any kind (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or in connection with:
Your participation in the Contest; and
Your acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize; and
Any breach or alleged breach of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable laws or regulations; and
Any claim that the submitted photograph(s) infringe upon or violate the rights of any third-party.
19. IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST, EVEN IF ANY OR ALL OF THE RELEASED PARTIES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO ALL PARTICIPANTS.
20. HAProxy Technologies will make reasonable efforts to protect data we collect in accordance with its Privacy Policy, but any sharing on social media will be subject to the terms and privacy policy of those services. HAProxy Technologies is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information which may occur in connection with the Contest or promotional activities relating thereto. By entering into the Contest, you consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data by HAProxy Technologies for the purposes of:
Administering the Contest; and
Contacting participants regarding the Contest; and
Announcing and publicizing the winners; and
Marketing and promotional activities related to HAProxy Technologies and its products and services; and
Complying with legal and regulatory requirements.
For participants residing in the European Union, HAProxy Technologies will process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws. Participants have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing, and data portability in relation to their personal data, as further described in Privacy Policy. HAProxy Technologies will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. HAProxy Technologies will not sell or rent your personal data to third-parties for marketing purposes without your express written consent.
21. For participants residing in Canada or the United States, the Contest and these Terms & Conditions will be governed by Massachusetts, USA law, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Massachusetts, USA. For participants residing in the European Union or the UK, these Terms & Conditions will be governed by the laws of France, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions.
22. Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions or the Contest must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, regardless of any statute or law to the contrary. In the event any such claim or cause of action is not filed within such one-year period, such claim or cause of action shall be forever barred.
23. The 5 winner’s names will be posted through one or more of HAProxy Technologies’ social media accounts and made available 28 days after the closing date by emailing the following address: marketing@haproxy.com or otherwise as required by relevant laws.
